Our Formosa Springs vacation home is located in Formosa Gardens Estates which is the only vacation rental community of executive homes on estate sized lots in the Disney area.  This private gated community is located less than 2 miles from Disney.  

Ideally situated close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and all Central Florida attractions, Formosa Gardens Estates is not only the closest vacation rental community to Disney, but it is the only vacation rental community with lot sizes ranging from ¼ to ½ acre.  Formosa Springs Villa sits spaciously on a lot over ½ acre which enables our screened pool area to be an enormous 3600 square feet while still leaving a huge back yard for children to play.  

Shoppers in your group will love that the home is just 10 minutes to the closest Premium Outlet Mall and less than 20 minutes from Central Florida’s newest indoor Millennium Mall.  For everyday shopping and dining the home is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic.  Formosa Gardens is less than 10 minutes from Disney areas closest 24 hour Super Wal-Mart.

Situated right in the middle of this vacation capital it takes just 40 minutes to reach Kennedy Space Center and Coco Beach on the Atlantic Ocean.  Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on Florida’s Gulf Coast are less than 90 minutes to the west.
