Dear Roberta and Joanie,
In June of this year my family spend a week at one of your properties. What a wonderful experience! Whenever we consider a vacation and wish to rent a home you will be the first and only choice. Allow me to expand...
Original we rented the Dolphin Springs villa near Disney. This home was the perfect size for our family. Days before our departure from Canada I received the news that my brother had died after a 2 year illness. This of course meant that our trip had to be postponed. I called in tears and left a message. What infolded after that were acts of kindness and concern we shall never forget.
You called back immediately and offered your condolences. You then proceeded to tell us, "don't worry, do what you have to do and when you are ready a home will be available to you". The chaos and confusion I was experiencing just went away!
Subsequently a 6 bedroom villa, Forest Springs, became available. All of your other homes were booked. On contacting you we were offered this home at no extra charge. You delivered the requisite paperwork and we were on our way. The fact that you offered this larger home to us at no additional charge was an act of thoughtfulness beyond our expectation.
The home was beautiful, well appointed and equally well equipped, we felt "at home". It was a sanctuary at a time of many emotions.
I have told everyone I meet about your care and concern. I have raved about your service. I have referred many to you.
Thank you for looking after us in so many ways. We appreciate what you did. We look forward to booking one of your homes as we plan future travels.

Thank you, we got back from our vacation in your home safe and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in your home. It was just right for us. I would recommend this home to others. Your directions too and from the theme parks and other helpful hints were useful and appreciated. I hope you found the home was keep up to your liking.

Hi,
We just came back from Florida and had a great time at the house. It was all we needed and my family was really happy with the accommodations. We spent most of the time at the parks but enjoy a little bit the pool. Thanks again and look forward tom staying at Forest Spring Villa in the future. Maybe next time we spend a little more time in the house.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in your Forest Springs Villa. It was a wonderful house in every way. There was every convenience in the house available we could ask for. Thank you so much for all your help.
I do have one thing to ask. I left my cell phone charger plugged in to the bedroom on the left when you walk in the front door. I'll be glad to pay for shipping, if it is still there. Is there anyone I can call to find out? If it's too late, that's fine. Thanks for any help and have a great week.

Hi Lawrence ,
Just thought I'd send you a note to let you know how much we loved staying at your house while we were in Florida It was so fun to have such a spacious place to hang out, and the game room in the garage was a blast. I think we hit the pool and hot tub every night we were there, and it was so great to have the privacy of so many bed rooms.
It was so much more fun than staying in a hotel - we really enjoyed the place!
Again, thanks for the house - if we go back there we will definitely contact you to stay there again.

Well just a note. We returned home and miss your house already. Thank you! We had a wonderful vacation and your home is beautiful! It was so "family friendly." My 2 yr old niece fell in love with Mickey and Minnie and the Rocking Horse, she dearly loved ! She played her little heart out all week. Our children loved the pool and would have loved to stayed longer.
This was our 1st vacation "all together" our family, my sister, brother with 2 girls and our parents. We will most likely do this again. We just wanted to say special thanks and let you know we will recommend your home to our friends.

I wanted to thank you for renting the villa to myself and my family. We had a great holiday. We saw all the sights but probably need to visit again to see what we missed. I appreciate all your efforts. The villa was an excellent facility to base our holiday from, spacious, clean and fun (we all loved the themes in the bedrooms). Everything worked well, the PS2 was very popular and the Pool Table convinced my sons that they should become hustlers.

Hi Roberta
Just wanted to say thanks for sending all the helpful information with our package. The girls have colds right now but I'm hoping they'll be well by July 12 when we leave. Better they are sick now anyway to get it over with.
I was talking to my girlfriend and she said they booked their holiday through you. I'm so happy for them. They are going with other friends who haven't been to Disney either. Nothing like word of mouth. I think I've told about 20 different people so hopefully I'll be bringing you lots of business. Glad to see they booked with you on our advice.
Anyway, hopefully the next time I send an email will be after our vacation to let you know how it went.
