Can
I pay my balance in full at the time of booking?
Yes, you can pay your balance in full at the time
of booking your vacation home. Some guests prefer
to do this and then everything is taken care of and
they focus on purchasing attraction tickets and other
aspects of their vacation.

Does
Sterling Vacation Homes accept 3 day weekend bookings?
We accept 3 day weekend bookings if there is an opening
available that is less than a full week. We cannot,
however, break up a two week period with a 3 day weekend
booking. If you notice that dates for the weekend
you are interested are open on the calendar, give
us a call or email and we can let you know if it will
work.

Can
I reserve the same week at the same vacation property
every year?
Yes, we have guests who have been reserving the same
week since we opened our villas over five years ago.
This is an especially good idea if the week you vacation
is during the busy times for bookings.

How
will I receive my check-in instructions?
You will receive your vacation home check-in directions
by mail or email, whichever you prefer, once your
vacation rental is paid in full.

When
do I receive my check-in directions?
You will receive your check-in directions and rental
instructions approximately ten weeks prior to your
date of arrival. If your vacation is less than ten
weeks away, you will receive your check-in directions
once you have paid in full.

What
forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal cheques, money orders, visa, and
master cards.

forms of currency do you accept?
We accept US funds, Canadian funds, pounds sterling,
and Euros.

Why
aren't the vacation homes addresses posted on the
website?
For security reasons our vacation home addresses are
not posted. You will, however, be given the address
in plenty of time prior to your arrival. This is done
to protect our homes and guests.

How
do I place a booking/make a reservation?
To place a reservation just email us at info@sterlingvacationhomes.com
To complete a booking we just need your first and
last name, mailing address, and telephone number.

How
do I go about booking your villa?
Booking our villas is easy. Once you have taken a
look and checked that the dates you are interested
in are available on our villas booking calendar, all
we need is an email or phone call from you asking
us to reserve the villa for you. At the same time
you can arrange for payment of the deposit. All this
can be arranged by email or over the phone.

What
information do you need to process a booking?
To complete a booking we just need to know the vacation
home you are interested in, your first and last name,
mailing address, and telephone number. Your email
address is helpful, but not necessary.

Are
the vacation home availability calendars current?
Yes, our availability calendars are updated every
time a booking is made.
I
would like to book your vacation home, but I will
arrive in a day or two?
That is no problem. We can process your rental invoice
and email or fax you everything you need. It only
takes a few minutes. Our homes are always cleaned
right after guests leave, so they are ready to rent
anytime.

I
have never rented a vacation home before. How does
the entire procedure work?
Booking
a rental home is just as easy as booking a hotel room,
only the end result will be much more fun.
First,
you contact the owner by e-mail or telephone, whichever
you prefer, to see of the villa is available for the
dates you desire.
If
the villa is available and you chose to rent it then
all we need is a deposit, your name, and mailing address
to reserve the villa. The deposit may be in the form
of a cheque or credit card. We accept personal cheques,
money orders, traveler's cheques, visa, and master
card. If you chose to pay by cheque we do place the
reservation and confirm it right then and there, regardless
of receipt of the cheque.
Next,
I send you two copies of the rental invoice. This
can be done through regular mail or email, whatever
you prefer. One copy is for your records and the other
copy is for you to sign and mail back to us. We also
send you information on where we purchase our tickets.
At
ten weeks prior to your date of arrival the balance
of the rental is due, if payment has not been made
in full.
Once
full payment is made I will send you the Check-In
Instructions for the villa. The Check-In Instructions
include direction to the villa, gate entry codes,
if necessary, and key codes to enter the villa. We
also include information on the local grocery stores,
outlet malls, how the vacation home pool works etc.
Next,
relax and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine from the
privacy of your vacation villa.
