Our Dolphin Springs vacation home is located 10 minutes from Disney, Florida in the private Orange Tree community . Ideally situated close to Walt Disney World , Universal Studios , Sea World , and all Central Florida attractions Orange Tree is a quiet community right near the heart of this vacation capital.
Private, but well placed, Dolphin Springs is conveniently located for everyday shopping, dining and other needs. It is less than 2 miles from a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart, the closest Wal-Mart to Disney, and near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic.
If you want to hit the costal beaches a drive of just 1 hour 20 minutes puts you on the beach in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on Florida's Gulf Coast. Kennedy Space Center and Coco Beach on the Atlantic Ocean are just 60 minutes to the east, with Daytona just to the north.
Community amenities include a 5 acre recreational area with tennis court, full size basketball court, and soccer field. Children will enjoy the 2 community playgrounds, one of which is less than a two minute walk from our villa.
For a true Floridian experience this vacation home community was built right in an orange grove. You can pick oranges seasonally in the community (October to April). If you are at the vacation home in March, make sure you go for a walk in the community and smell the fresh scent of the orange blossoms.
