Our Forest Springs vacation home is located in the private gated community of Weston Hills, ideally situated just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World , and close to Universal Studios , Sea World , and all Central Florida attractions.
For everyday shopping, dining and other needs Forest Springs is conveniently located less than 2 miles from a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart, the closest Wal-Mart to Disney, and near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic.
A drive of just 1 hour 20 minutes puts you on the beach in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on Florida's Gulf Coast. Kennedy Space Center and Coco Beach on the Atlantic Ocean are just 60 minutes to the east, with Daytona just to the north.
The rental home community of Weston Hills boasts a 7 acre recreational area which includes 3 swimming pools (one pool is an 18 inch deep children's pool with sprayers). It is just like being at a resort. There is no other vacation rental community with 3 swimming pools. And of course you also have your own private pool and spa.
There is a full size basket ball court, tennis court, sand volley ball court, soccer field, and community washrooms. Your children will love the large fenced playground that is suitable for both young and older children. There are two climbing apparatus, baby swings, regular swings, Space Shuttle bounce, teeter totter, and a round-a-bout.
The recreational area is just a short walk or you can drive and park in the common area. This vacation home comes complete with: basketball, volley ball, tennis rackets and balls so that your family can enjoy the community amenities.
