This provides room for 16 guests without even using the Toddlers bed or Crib.

• Pool heat is an additional $25 per day.
• State tax 13%, is payable in addition to above rates.
• Other currency is accepted (UK pound, Canadian dollar, and the Euro).
• Currency conversion rates in effect at time of booking will be used.
• For stays 5 nights or less, a standard cleaning fee of $150 is assessed.
• A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of rental and a security deposit of $500 is due 10 weeks before arrival date.
