• Currency conversion rates in effect at time
of booking will be used.
• For stays of less than 5 nights, a standard
cleaning fee of $155 is assessed.
• A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of rental and a security deposit
of $500 is due 10 weeks before arrival date.
