Should
I rent a car for my vacation?
Yes, public transportation only runs east and west
along HWY 192. There are no public buses that run
to Disney.

Will
my personal information be given to anyone?
In order to ensure your privacy only your first and
last name, check-in date, check-out date and any special
requests are given to our property manager. The property
manager is not given your home phone number or email
and no other company or organization is given any
information or notified of your stay.

What
should we do with our valuables?
You are on vacation so start by bringing just what
you need. Assume the vacation home is like a hotel
room and take your valuables with you. Do not leave
purses and wallets at the vacation rental unattended.
Management will not enter the vacation home unless
there is a problem and they have been called.

How
private is the vacation home?
Just like your own home. The only people that come
to the home are the landscapers and the pool service
man. They will not enter the home. Management will
not enter the home unless there is a problem and they
have been called to repair something.

Who
owns the vacation homes?
Our vacation homes are family owned. These villas
are our home away from home. We do not take rental
bookings for vacation homes that belong to anyone
else.

What
and where is the nearest beach?
Coco Beach is the closest beach to the vacation homes.
It is just 45 minutes east of Orlando, on the Atlantic
Ocean. Travel there by State Road 528 (Toll Road,
also called the Bee Line Express). It is just a bit
south of Kennedy Space Center.
Daytona
Beach is 1 hour north-east of Orlando. Travel there
by I-4. From the vacation homes travel east to Orlando
and then onward to Daytona Beach.
If
you travel west to the Gulf Coast of Florida the closest
beach is at Clearwater. It takes about 1 hour 20 minutes
to get to the Gulf Coast of Florida. To reach Clearwater
Beach travel west on I-4 towards Tampa. Clearwater
Beach is past Tampa.

Where
can I pick oranges in Florida?
The closest place to pick your own oranges and enjoy
a true taste of Florida is to visit the Showcase of
Citrus.

When
is orange picking season in Florida?
The best month of the year to pick oranges in Florida
is December. You can pick oranges off the trees from
mid of October through to May. The greatest number
of varieties of citrus and the optimal picking time
is December. There is nothing to pick in the summer
months of July and August. Remember, the actual picking
seasons may change according to the weather that year.
